The past few years have been a doozy…
Here are some of the questions I'm asking myself as I stand here looking ahead:
How am I doing?
What am I amidst?
What do I need to feel fueled, steady and present?
Where do I want to focus my attention?
Who do I want to be for myself and the people I love?
What matters most, here and now?
What are my intentions and dreams?
These six weeks are a golden opportunity to get present, clear and creative in how you operate in all aspects of life.
What if you give yourself the time, space and support to sort out where you are now and how you want to go forward?
What if you decide to commit to self-awareness and self-regulation practices for six weeks?
What if you are fed the tools and support, consistently and in small manageable doses, to know, hear and trust yourself more deeply?
What do you imagine would unfold for you?
Over six weeks, I’m going to be exploring these questions with a community of co-travelers who are also committed to conscious living and creating lives that works for them.
New Possibilities
For the past decade I've been slowing life down, feeling all the feelings, exploring my limiting beliefs, noticing my reactions, steadying my wobbles, clarifying my soul's desires, listening to my heart and gut, practicing my essentials, considering new possibilities for healthy humanhood, dreaming big dreams, setting clear intentions and appreciating life here and now.
I've tested my methods on myself and with hundreds of people and I can honestly say THIS STUFF WORKS! Now, I’m ready to dive even deeper. I'm also ready to facilitate and guide a group of humans who are eager to experiment and explore their own unique ISness with me.
I’m offering a supportive playground for a community of us to investigate and practice our personal truths, highest principles and deepest knowings.

Weekly Gatherings
Join me and your co-travelers for weekly learning, from the inside out. We’ll settle, write and discuss topics that are relevant to personhood and being present, here and now. You’ll explore your life, with me and a group of others who are also on a similar path of self-discovery. Traveling together this way creates exponential growth and evolution.
Daily Template Reminders
Returning to yourself, regularly and consistently, is what creates more skill around self-awareness and self-regulation. This is like doing daily exercise for your mind, heart and soul. And the more you do it, the clearer you get. Checking in for just 5 minutes a day -- staying present with what and how you are thinking, feeling and knowing -- is at the foundation of this offering. Seven days a week you will receive an email with a mix of simple prompts -- old favorites and new questions -- that will allow you to stay current with your whole self. You hearing you is what will allow you to be present with yourself, your people and the world at large, no matter what unfolds before you.
Community Questions
Each week I'll send out a question for us all to ponder. I invite participants to share their thoughts. I'll collate the group responses and share them with the collective. You hearing from co-explorers will spark ideas and inspire new experiments.

Meet Carrie
Carrie Contey, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized coach, author, speaker, and educator. Her work offers a new perspective on human development, parenting, and family life. She guides, supports, and inspires her clients to live with wide-open and courageous hearts so they can approach family life with skill and spaciousness. Carrie received her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis on prenatal and perinatal psychology and is masterful at synthesizing and articulating the science, psychology and spirituality of humanhood. She is the creator of several "personal growth through parenting" programs. She is also the co-founder of the Slow Family Living movement and the co-author of CALMS: A Guide To Soothing Your Baby. Carrie has appeared on NBC’s The Today Show, NPR, CBS radio, and in many publications including Time, Parenting, and The Boston Globe.

There will be a lot of clarifying, steadying, celebrating, finding the gifts, holding the heartbreaks and discovering ways to evolve, even in the midst of so much that is unsettled.
